Terms of Service

The relationship between users and Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  regarding the use of Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  services is governed by this agreement and other relevant Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  policies. If users install, use, or access this service in any other way, it indicates that they accept the terms of this agreement. Otherwise, users shall not install, use, or access this service in any other way.

Restrictions

Using third-party software or performing macros to gain an unfair advantage. This includes using external programs to automate actions or gain benefits in the game.

Amendments to the Agreement

Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  reserves the right to amend this agreement and other relevant Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  policies at any time at its discretion. Revised versions will be published on Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  services. If users continue to use the services, it will be deemed that they agree to the amendments. Users will be informed of the changes. If users do not agree to the amendments, their license will be terminated immediately, and they shall no longer use the services.

License

Limited License

Under this agreement and other relevant Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  policies, Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the service for their non-commercial, entertainment purposes. Damage the services, Screw Witch: Girl's Spell ' computers and servers, and other users, including but not limited to overloading servers, any attacks (including spreading viruses), unauthorized access to services or any other data protected by Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  (especially personal data), manipulating the services and their rankings, or exploiting bugs in the services without prior written consent from Screw Witch: Girl's Spell .

Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  reserves the right to determine which improper conduct is considered a violation of this agreement and to take appropriate actions, including deleting user content, terminating user accounts, banning users from using the services, or taking any other legally permissible actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  is not liable for any damages suffered by users, including loss of revenue, profit loss, data loss, business interruption, or other losses, unless such damages are due to Screw Witch: Girl's Spell ' gross negligence or willful misconduct, or due to Screw Witch: Girl's Spell ' negligence or fraud causing death or personal injury. This agreement does not affect any statutory rights of consumers. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claims, demands, damages, or other losses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from any third party due to users' use of the services or users' violation of this agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the above provisions do not apply if the infringement is not caused by users' willful or negligent acts.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and any disputes arising from it or from Screw Witch: Girl's Spell ' privacy policy or terms of service are governed by local laws. Any claims arising from this shall be resolved solely by the local competent courts, unless the laws of your country of residence allow you to choose the courts of your country for resolving related disputes. If you are a citizen of the European Union, you may file a lawsuit in the courts of your place of residence. Severability

No Waiver

Notifications

Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  may notify users through the Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  website (https://h5buzz.com), users' email, or any other contact information provided by users. All notifications sent by users or required to be sent under this agreement or other Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  policies shall be made through the Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  website.

Force Majeure

Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes or other industrial unrest, power or utility failures, telecommunications failures, earthquakes, storms or other natural events, blockades, embargoes, riots, government orders, acts of terrorism, or war.

Right to Change

Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  reserves the right to modify this agreement as necessary, particularly for legal reasons or changes related to the services provided. In such cases, Screw Witch: Girl's Spell  shall notify users and publish the latest version of this agreement and the date of revision on h5buzz.com.
